The best solution that I have found for eating right, is eating right for your blood type. It eliminates the guesswork and gives you a foot hold in the grocery store. It's simple you get the list of food for your blood type and just go down list and purchase what's right for you. I am a firm believer that you can eat anything that you want as long as it's in moderation. When I was growing up, my family owned a barbeque restaurant. and as my grandmother likes to say "pork funded my life." My recent exposure however has taught me that not all meats are beneficial to my body and that if I really want to have a pain free life I have to conform to what my body needs.
