Today I did the unthinkable. I hijacked the day and decided that the children and I are going to do what I want to do. I cancelled ballet and all of the usual Saturday morning rituals in favor of cleaning, organizing, recycling, and going out and enjoy Green Festival. They are P.O.'d! What they don't know is that we're going to harness that energy refresh out space:) I've promised myself that, well at least in my mind we'll play music, laugh, and talk. In their mind I am a drill seargent of cleaning orders. I'm strapping on my belly band (until I get my ArdyssLife garment) and turn this into a workout. First I'm stretching. Stretching is like a strong cup of coffee, it wakes you up good. Then I'm going up and down the stairs, doing a little lifting careful to use a straight back, use my legs and not lock my knees. I might even find my ankles weights and strap them on! When I'm done the house will be lighter and so will I:)

Lose, Gain, Repeat, Lose, Gain, Repeat
It is so important not to be discouraged, as I have had to lose the same weight over and over again. I keep replaying video's where I can see myself in my right skin. It's not just the size of the body, but it's an attitude about myself that claims sexy femininity, and it's about my health. Having four children was a personal decision that I am proud of. However, it does require a high level of energy that I wasn't prepared for. When I overeat or don't eat energizing foods (fresh fruit, green vegetables, raw, raw, raw) I can't commit to being a fabulous mother of four. It is routine for me to put a variety of good food and fun things around me and fall asleep in the middle of the room and allow them to play around me. This is a quick fix for coming out of a food coma, but I can't sustain this way of living. The children are getting bigger, and want to do more outside of watching mommy sleep off a cheeseburger. This video show's me after three children at the height of a good raw diet for about a month. I was fast, with super great skin, and a great attitude and I couldn't be more pleased, but right now, I do not know how on earth can I recreate this miracle of a flat stomach after four children. I am compelled to do this, because I want to remain a role-model in their eyes. I want them to want to be like mommy.

Feeling Sexy When I Exercise
I don't know why, but feeling sexy when I exercise helps me to move longer, stronger, and faster. If I can feel sexy when I am working out, it reminds me of why I am working out in the first place. I will go all out to feel sexy. The things that make me feel sexy are
1. Bikini's
2. Roller Skates
3. Water
4. Hats
5. Sweating
6. Flowers, In my hair, or received from a lover
This video really shows my need to feel sexy while working out, and how I can go for hours and hours if I do.:))
