I don't know why, but feeling sexy when I exercise helps me to move longer, stronger, and faster. If I can feel sexy when I am working out, it reminds me of why I am working out in the first place. I will go all out to feel sexy. The things that make me feel sexy are
1. Bikini's
2. Roller Skates
3. Water
4. Hats
5. Sweating
6. Flowers, In my hair, or received from a lover
